Kindly assist, I have a contract with MTN which I took out in August 2013 at your store in Three Rivers(Rivers Square Mall),Vereeniging.I never took insurance because the consultant advised that it only covers for theft, lost and screen damages, etc. One of my phones a Nokia Lumnia was taken in for repairs because of it wouldn't wanna switch on, The phoned was booked in and no additional payment/excess was requested everything went well until November when I took the phone again for the same problem, it was again booked in, in February I received an SMS informing that I should pay \Out of Warranty"payment of R2 320.The phone has 24moths warranty as indicated on the box and when I refused to pay the R 2 320"
