If it is that you did not received it, i will send it to you. Please just supply me with your email address.<br> <br> I just want to re-envisaged that this is about principal and the fact that i managed my accounts for more than 15 years, the trusted that i have in mtn and now after more than 2 months that my problem is not resolved yet.<br> <br> Keep also in mind that i meant what i said in our previous conversation.<br> <br> Thank you.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
We have picked up that you had 723.83MB left on the 20 September and then on the 20-9-2015 @13h33 you have used 1700 of your bonus points for the 24 hour data bundle.
We do not pick up on the system that this has been activated from your side and that is why the account has been billed for extra charges. We have logged the request to our technical department to see if they can pick up that you have received the SMS to activate the bundles.
Once we have received feedback, we will notify you of the outcome.
