I received a raw deal from MTN in the month of September 2025. I was sitting at the comfort of my home and received a call about the rooter at R299. The next thing when the rooter got delivered it is not the standard expected. I told the delivery person to take it back who refused and told me once opened he can't take it back with him. He showed me the numbers to call and to no success to date.

I have never used this rooter to date because every single day I try to call for them to come collect it to no success. What frustrates me is that I receive smses from but never a call to ask me if I am happy with the product nor to find out why I haven't used the rooter yet. No, nobody cares, all of a sudden the 2 hour call to sell the product just went awol. But now I am being threatened with smses that my account will be handed over. Hello Peter, please help me because woow.
