Ref *** [#***] Failing to send decemberITB
Mtn is the customer care is the most useless network provider.. I've been asking for a mere december ITB for this number ***, and i have never received my ITB for the last past 2 weeks.. That was after i've been requesting it through that useless 30988 sms number which doesnt allow you to specify the date of an itb you want instead it gives you a message that says "invalid message sent" it only needs an email adress i even sent an email kind of words like "*** and non of those respondent by phoning to say the email is not working what am i looking for... I'm so disappointed with them.. ITB december *** 2021 is what am looking for only!! Andile ***
