I am extremely frustrated, disappointed, and disgusted by the shocking service I have received from MTN SA. I am struggling to get confirmation that one of the two contracts I have with MTN SA has been closed. The settlement amount has been paid, and I have submitted proof of payment for confirmation. I have been following up for five days straight, but there has been no response from MTN SA. Personally, I cannot recommend anyone to enter into a cellphone contract with MTN.
