My account is listed with the credit bureau yet it has a nil balance as proven by the statement I had to beg and scream to be given. Now no one will remove the negative credit listing despite numerous requests via e-mail since they never pick up calls at MTN Legal. This has been the worst customer service experience in my 47 year existence and I will NEVER EVER use MTN or refer it again. Not to my worst enemy!
