Sick and tired of calling MTN to just get my monthly airtime of which l have paid for...l called two weeks ago spoke to call center consultant by the name of Sibongile and was told in 24hours to 5 days l will receive my airtime...and was given following reference number ***. Nowi it's more than their five days waiting period and am still calling them to send me the airtime...what kind of company has MTN become...no customer follow up whatsoever ...totally regret taking contract with them...
