Good Day , Starting since 2 March 2016 and five reports later I am still waiting on MTN and their many promises . On 5 April a person by the name of Nompumelelo under reference number REQ *** promised to pay back R4564.24 with a fourteen days turn around time and today this 14 days lapsed without any progress , thus resulting in an empty promise. On 14 April Alice vd Merwe promised the amount of R4564.24 would be paid back into my bank account under ref no *** and 5 days later it also seems to be an empty promise .<br> <br> May I humbly request some assistance that proves indeed someone has the authority , drive, personality, responsibility, and people skills to resolve a small matter like this immediately. Honestly please do not send me another report with an empty promise , please just pay as promised and undertaken . <br> <br> Thanks Gideon.
