You can imagine the surprise the school had when we found out that the schools account had been upgraded without the permission of any authorized person from the school.<br> <br> We reported this immediately and to date we have not had a response from MTN ***** department.<br> <br> This is unacceptable, come month end you going to debit my bank account for the up graded contract fee, that WAS NOT authorized, but when it comes to sorting this query out you are simply not doing anything about it!!<br> <br> Please advice why nothing has been done on this account
