I have submitted a claim for my lost cellphone via mtn insurance however still to receive feedback from them let alone be able to get through to them on their contact number *** which seems as if no one manages. after submitting my claim forms i received a ref number via e-mail and that is were the feedback ending. Is this the level experienced when trying to submit a claim?but deducting my insurance fee every month went off without a hitch? Going forward i will seek to insure my devices with another institution.
