So after weeks of struggle to get answers why the phone is suspended after payment has been made, still no statement of answers and phone is still suspended as well as a ********** contract on our name, how great is this????

Please be advised that the account is not settled and the account was handed over to VVM for collection and their telephone number is ***, kindly advise client to contact them and make arrangements.
VVM attorneys need to send a letter to MTN legal department to notify them they need to clear the legal status and to open the lines for you. MTN cannot intervene until the letter is received from VVM.

I need someone to send me copy of account as as MTN has advised us if we pay the R900 after the R2000 has been paid account is no longer in areas, MTN i will keep on submitting on Hello Peter until someone does there job properly. When you phone the one consultants says one thing and when you follow up again it is then another story, I don`t think your call centre is propertly trained of the system is not providing enoug info for them to assist me.
Now once again, i want copy of account from MTN when account was handed over, payment made so far to reflect on account, How difficult is this????
