Rediculous Service
Ive been receiving calls from a private no. For 2 weeks now 8 to 10 times a day. 1 hour apart every single day and it doesn't stop. When i answer.... nothing<br> <br> I phone customer service to assist in the matter and was told i have to go to the police station and make a case.<br> <br> The people that work at the station are so *********** they look at me funny when i tel them what MTN has asked me to do and say they cant help me.<br> <br> When i say this to MTN their reply is \ sorry then we cannot help you\"<br> <br> Now how is this service. The police along with MTN has no actual ambition at all.<br> <br> Dont seem to care and cant help me.<br> <br> If any way, how can i solve this problem. <br> <br> Due to the fact that its a private no. I cant even block it on my phone"

Kindly be advised that you need to go to the police and open a case and the court should subpoena MTN to investigate further.
