recycled number nightmare

@MTNza I have 2 new tablet contract &,this recycling numbers ,its 3weeks now & we getting phone calls from debt collector looking for owners of this numbers which Now belong to me my sister,I called 808 they asked us to go to nearest mtn to get swap numbers,when we get there they gave us attitude &, said we must pay 250 each & yet we didn't loose sim cards problem is we paying contract but we are being harrased by sms & phone calls ,how can we pay for something we didn’t loose,the first debit order is not out yet and already we not enjoying the phones
