Recurring Auto-Subscriptions

Every day I get a Welcome Message for Subscriptions I don't know about and never opted for. I'm tired of cancelling as I always loose airtime when I get subscribed, I want MTN to solve this matter it's really annoying! I get Spy cam subscription welcome messages, Daily mobile what what and many more! Please kindly assist, I've been using my current mtn number for many years now.
