Recognise loya customers and improve network

I have bee a loyal mtn customer for over 26 since cell phones came but mtn gives us no benefits or what so ever doesn't even recognise loyal customers. Mtn you can do better than this. Worse network can be just down when the weather is bad why or just out of the blue and you suddenly cant work from home
