I'm not satisfied with your service<br> <br> At the time when I signed my contract with mtn, I was advised that a fixed amount will be debited from my bank account until the remainder of my contract.<br> <br> to my suprise you have increased my debit order ammount without any notification, <br> <br> its ******** to increase a debit order without notification.<br> <br> ive send numerous emails to mtn but no reponse or feedback from mtn<br> <br> It is also ******** for you increase my debit order amount which can make me over-indebted which results to reckless lending according to the NCA, without doing any affordability assessments to see whether I can afford the increase.<br> <br> I request you to change my debit order amount back to the amount that I agreed upon when open/signing the original contract with MTN.<br> <br>
