Reckless and life threatening provider!

Hi, I had a contract with MTN, which they cancelled (without notice, without me requesting). On the 29th of Oct they just decided to cancel my contract and remove my number from network!! On Saturday I had to pay R15340 which I paid to get phone activated as I was behind (apparently?). Under false pretences to get number back on air within minutes they took money. The fact is that they owe me money as per statement! Icannot access my own number! No banking even? They endangered my life as I am not even able to call help center or any emergency assistance like my doctor since Friday. Now one week later, despite visits to store every day, despite escalation and emails... I have not even had feedback or explanation. I perceive this action as reckless, you endangered my life by not even allowing emergency calls although i have chronic medical condition. I would guess they would not even care to reply to this message either
