Recharge and get free MB!!!!

I have received 2 texts messages from MTN offering 200MB for free when recharging with R50 airtime. Did that on the 22 june but still haven't received the promo. Send 3 emails to a lady from the call center Wisani as she requested a screenshot of the sms, but sadly that was the last time i heard from her, been calling the call center and in 1 day i was asked to hang up and call again 3/4 times because "they didn't have access to a certain system. Two agents took my details and promised to escalate the matter for me and that one of their seniors will contact me.... and Im still waiting. *** I am so disappointed with the service i received from MTN, its not only about the data now but how i was treated and rejected, to my suprise i am still receiving the same sms i received with regards to the free data while i haven't received the 1st one.
