Receptionist services at Head Office

I have never dealt with such *********** and rude receptionists as at MTN.

I am still busy explaining my issue and then the phone gets put down because I must have all info before I ask who to speak to. The reason for the call is because I do not have all the info.

You get told to write an e-mail (to the receptionist manager)and that person will respond immediately - 3 days later and no response.

Training companies out there - please approach MTN and provide your services!!!!!!
