Receiving wrong contract deal after upgrade

I have upgraded my contract during black Friday November 2020, the package that was advertised and what I am getting now is two different things. I requested to obtain the recording between myself and Enerst Mngoma as proof that what I am getting is not what I have signed for.

Nobody is willing to assist. And I can't continue paying so much for little thing that I didn't sign for.
