Since MTN has migrated the MyMTN Mail system on the 06/12/2017, I haven't been able to access my MTNLoaded Email accounts; I also don't know where to log-in anymore as the website that I used to use has changed completely.
I've emailed MTN on numerous occasions- (see above reference number), only to be completely ignored, the last email that I sent was to MTN Customer Care & I was advised that they were going to escalate it through to the Technical help desk, I haven't had any response. Is it so difficult providing an MTN Customer with technical assistance? None of the above is my fault, MTN decided to upgrade & migrate their systems & my email addresses that I've owned for a number of years are now inaccessible!
The option to create a My MTN Mail Email Address on MTN's website is also an issue because there's no link or options to create one, & once again, when I've contacted 1555, the operators don't know what I'm speaking about which is complete nonsense.
This was my last resort using HelloPeter, but I've been left with no other choice, maybe I should also consider leaving MTN & joining another Provider that appreciates their customers business & responds to queries submitted too.
Good day Neel,
Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns and affording us the opportunity to address the same. Kindly accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
It is correct that the mtnloaded e mail server has been changed to the mymtnmail e mail sever. However, you can still obtain your mtnloaded e mails. The way to go about doing it is by logging on to mail.mymtnmail.co.za (in your browser). This should take you to a Zimbra web client sign in page. This is where you would use your MTN Loaded credentials to log in. Once done, you will have access to your mtnloaded e mail account and you will still be able to use it. As a note, its advisable to use google chrome as your browser to sign in (i tested logging in on my device now and is working). Kindly advise me if you are successful so that i can arrange the information to be available on our website.

Good day Neel,
If i'm not mistaken, both addresses are one and the same. i just sent a test message from my gmail account to both options on my mtnloaded accounts and both test messages were received in the same mtnloaded inbox. MTN Loaded did allow you to have up to 3 alias' linked to a single mtnloaded account. Please test to both e mail addresses and check your inbox to see if it works. Let me know if you are successful. Thanks.
