Receiving another customer's statements and no one wants to remove my email address

Your incompetence is on a level I can't comprehend. Your consultants don't know what they're doing. I'm not a customer, and after my recent experience with your call centre I would not wish to be your customer.

I asked for a simple request, that you remove my email address from your emailing list!! You're flooding my inbox with statements that belong to another customer! This is against the POPI act and no matter how much I've reported the matter, no one seems to give a flying ****!

Remove my email address from your emailing list before I take much further steps!!! Your consultants are telling me I need to go in store to remove my email address, why should I do that when I'm not the one who put myself in this predicament. It's been 2 years since I've been taking time off of my busy schedule to send you emails and nothing has been done about it.

All your consultants are good for is sending people from pillar to post. Xoli, Xolile from ***** and Musa from customer care. Everyone is useless! This is so pathetic, how can something so small be made to be something so big?
