Receives SMSs from MTN every two hours with no way to opt out

I get marketing SMS's multiple times a day, with no indication on how to opt out, or they take you to some generic menu you can't opt out from. Once, I was able to successfully opt out (even received confirmation) just for the marketing to continue later that day. From Friday have I been receiving SMS's every two hours
