Received a new phone and two sim cards On Wednesday still cant use it and no one is getting back to me !!

I was called by Mtn call center offering me a new phone and two sim cards one for data and the other for airtime. Firstly the package came with no instructions to say that you have to call to activate the cards I figured this one out all on my own but it was a mission trying to find the right department to assist as I dont have any numbers with my package. I tried calling the call center but it wouldnt let me through as I dont know the cell numbers for either of the simcards delivered its not listed anywhere. I finally activated the simcards and was told it would take 2 hours at the most 24 hours. I just tried to call using one of the new simcards and it says I have been Rica barred !! What the Hell MTN ??
