Received a debit order from MTN but not their customer
On the 1st of October I saw a debit order of R812,25 with a ref MTN SP A ********** ********** 2 . I do not have a contact with MTN, I have never been an mtn customer. I have tried contacting them them through their website by sending emails and calling, I even tried tweeter but once o state my case I do not get a response. I am very furious about this matter because it could be a ********** matter but MTN is not entertaining it

17 Oct 2017, 20:11What details are you talking about,I want you to stop deducting my money and I don't have any contract with you,I must run around looking to get affidavit and copy of id cause of your lack of security.who gave you my bank account number and where did I sign this to authorize you to deduct my money.do the right thing and use the id number I provided on twitter.
