Reaping me off
The company is reaping me off, if not my airtime disappears its something else like i can not make calls even if my account has R100.00 they say i i dont have sufficient funds to make calls. I just dont understand and hoping on finishing my contract so i can leave this unless network which acts unprofessional and *****ing from customers

We have now logged a request for an investigation to be done for your airtime and also why you are not able to make calls while having a positive balance.
The issue with the positive balance could possibly have been with the balance being reserved for late data sessions.
We will touch base with you as soon as we get feedback.
