Reaped off by MTN

4 months ago a consultant contacted me and offered me an upgrade. I called the call centre to tell them I want the iphone 7plus instead of 7. They advised me that when the courier contacts me, I should send it back and once they receive it , they will contact me.

It has been 4 months, I call the ********** if it is not a dropped call, they drop it when they are meant to transfer you to retentions.

yet monthly they happily deduct R700 from me and yet I have never received any help from them. I have sent an email with no luck.

This is the WORST service ever. I was better off with Autopage than this move to deal with MTN directly. But if it was me who was owing them, they would have suspended my no etc, but because I don't have those powers, they are happily debiting my account, even the consultant that was supposedly "my consultant" has never bothered to follow up with me, but he was Happy to get a sale!
