REALLY Unhappy Loyal Client
I have been an MTN client for longer than 18 years and up until about 6 months ago I have been having the same bad luck with MTN.<br> <br> Every month I get my account with the amount due and for the last 6 months have had almost DOUBLE the amount taken off of my account. I always query it and after a long 2 weeks of phone calls and queuing at the store they still cant seem to get it right! <br> <br> I am seriously considering the CELL C buy out option! I can't work like this! This is seriously frustrating and unacceptable!!

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service you might have experienced.
We have now perused your account and see that the user of the cell-phone number ending with 2287 (Broadband 2GB - open packge) has been using the service regularly, exceeded the 2GB data bundle provisioning, continued making use of the service and generated additional usage (packet switch data call charges).
The remaining 6 lines have been staying within their monthly provisioning (minutes/data/SMS bundles) thus have not been generating much additional usage.
Please refer to the itemised billing report for the number in question to view the usage patterns and volume used for each session.
