Really unacceptable ***

Mtn really the worst network ever they debited 3 times from my account in one month then finally got that sorted. Now i want to claim from the insurance which u pay for every month then only answer u get is that your claim has been recieved and is being processed when u phone in they tell u the collection of the phone can be between 2-14 days maby longer, that is if someone doesnt just cut the call. Really cant carry on like this. Need this sorted ASAP as you guys are costing me money at the end of this. Claim nr:302332 Please sort this out.
