So last week Tuesday I did an online application for a cell phone from MTN all was in order

I wanted the phone in blue and today after 6 days of waiting and thinking my phone is on the way I get a call from MTN to say that they don't have any phones in Blue and that they only have the phone in Black and that I must now wait a further 10 days

How is it possible for such a big company to give you such a service

MTN is you are unable to deliver the phone as per agree please cancel the phone and I can go to another company
