Really poor service delivery
Once again I cant transfer me2u. last month after multiple calls and escalations the problem was resolved. Now the issue is here again. I am now inconvenienced once again for 3 to 5 days until it is hopefully resolved

Today I recieved an sms stating that the matter had been resolved with a ref no. ***.
This matter has not been resolved and is still as noted above. Please guys what is the issue that you can't resolve? If the issue cannot be resolved please do as I requested the first time this happened.. change your recommended subscription change you put me onto in May back to my original subscription. I never had any of these issues on my old subscription
