really pathetic service by mtn
<p>I was going to take a new contract with mtn gateway but the they gave such pathetic service that i decided not to take the contract. After I spoke to the consultant that I dint want the contract she told me she will terminate the contract and she will contact me when it is done. Its been 2 months and she hasn't contacted me. every single time I phone the store nobody answers and to make matters worse I just received an debit order from Mtn sp for R563.10 while I am on prepaid. This is a pathetic service from Mtn. I want my money refunded immediately.</p>

01/07/17 DIRECT DEBIT, MTN SP A ********** ********** 860, R-565.38 was deducted from my bank account. Please refund my money asap. I am currently a prepaid customer so remove all my banking details from your system so this doe not happen again.
