Really going the extra mile

On 26 February 2016 I registered for Supersonic Fibre to be installed at my Manager's home. Ever since then, I have been having huge issues logging in, changing passwords and struggling to do the online purchase of this product. I spoke to numerous people where they would either pass the buck or reply that they would come back to me, which obviously did not happen. Minnah Bord contacted me yesterday morning and seriously put in an effort to assist me with the problem. She made numerous phone calls to myself and assisted with emails and even had an argument with the people involved on her side to please sort out the problem. Minnah did not stop to assist until the problem was sorted out. She is friendly, she is helpful and I would like to thank her for assisting me and I would like to compliment her on her superb customer service. We need more people like her in any industry.
