REALLY FED-UP WITH MTN

I am really really fedup with MTN, when I took out the Insurance for my phone I covered it as R7,500.00 as that was the value for R103.00 per month. Now that I have claimed and need to get another phone they telling me that I can have the same phone or take one to the same value or the value of R3225.95. Why didn't thy tell me in the first place that the value would go down when having to claim. Why didn't they call me and tell me that my premium has to go down too. HOW ON EARTH CAN THE VALUE BE R3225.95 when I insured it for R7,500 MTN is pathetic. I will not advise anyone to take out a contract with MTN they are ******. They really make me sick.... I need someone to call me so I can CANCEL this contract with Immediate effect and I will definitely tell all my friends and family and colleagues to CANCEL their contracts immediately!!!!!!<br> Since they STRIKE I have suffered ALOT only to hear that I am only eligible for a phone to the value of R3225.95 You will be loosing a lot of customers. <br> And I am taking this to Speak Out and the Newspapers <br> I would have never taken out insurance had I known this is what happens.
