Really disappointing!!

Still no call back on my incorrect statement, look if you made a mistake just admit it and pay me back what you owe. This is really getting ridiculous. You guys should be called con artist, you try everything possible to mislead and rob your clients and its just getting a bit too much. On the crush voice options, at no point do you indicate that the specials only for mtn to mtn calls, why not? I want a breakdown of my statements and have been requesting it for some time, I've been wrongfully subscribed to services I did not agree to by your agents and now sitting with an extremely high bill. Try offering a little service, you might even like it.
