Really disappointed with your service

MTN has just suspended my data sim, when I saw that their debit did not go through I phoned them the next day and asked them to debit again. The lady that I spoke to said the funds will be debited the next day in the morning Friday but still they didn't debit. So today on Saturday they just suspended my data line. I've been their loyal customer for so long and they just choose to treat me like a ********, I really don't understand. What a load of ****y service
