Really bad service.

So we recently purchased a data contract package from the MTN website. They then delivered the incorrect router which is not compatible with the sim. I then went to an MTN store where I didn't not get much help and they said to phone customer care.

When I phoned the Customer care line, they told me that it is not their responsibility since I bought online and referred me to a third party company (Mondo, I think) who referred me back to the MTN because they are not the ones who sold us the data package but MTN Direct.

I am really tired of the back and forth and it would be better if the contract was just cancelled.
