Really bad experience and service

I regret signing up for this cellphone contract. The initial offer sounded great, they were not able to deliver the phone to me, I suggested they deliver it to my closes shop, but they were again not able. I realized the deal wasn’t nearly as good as advertised. The monthly fees are much higher than expected due to added 'hidden fees' that they loaded on my contract without even asking me, I did not agree for the additional cost or contract.

What’s worse, the customer service has been almost impossible to reach for any help or clarification. When I did get through, they were unhelpful and even dismissive of my concerns. I wanted to switch to a different plan, but they told me there would be an outrageous early termination fee if I tried to cancel, which locks me into paying for a service I don’t even want.

This contract feels like a total trap, and I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. Be ready for unexpected costs and frustrating customer support!" that is not helpfull and they will not listen to the recordings they make to protect you, they will load additional fees without you agreeing to it.
