Reallocated number after being a 25 year client

MTN sold my mother’s number after she’s had it for 25 years because she was travelling for a bit. How do you guys do that??? Do you not look at how long standing a client has been!!??? This number is linked to all her accounts which could result in *****ulent activity all because you don’t get to know your client. All your worries about is your own turnover and that is so selfish!! 🤬 I will be changing my network and will advise everyone around me to do a sim swap to a network that is not so negligent and self-absorbed. Like who is in charge?? Who approved this ******* policy??? You guys absolutely suck!!!
