Reaaly Bad Service
My contract expired in February, went in to a Parow store only to be told that I need to call the contact centre on the last day of February, which I did. Alas, it was again debited repeatedly month after month. Query after query and I was told that , with attitude no less, that there is no record of my request to migrate to pay as you go. Finally, in late July, I received a confirmation email that my migration was done on the 22nd June and the refund authorised on the 15 of July. 25th of August and still nothing. I cannot be blamed for the incompetence and strike action that mtn experienced, just please, PROCESS MY REFUND!!!! All of it!!!
