RE: Router not working: Super bad service

I'm just writing this with the greatest regret disgust. I was very excited thinking I'm about to get the greatest service but all I got misery and frustration. Bought a phone and wifi route from Mtn but all I got was just a camera. "No internet as the router never worked since the delivery, when I complained my phone was suspended. How am I expected to pay for no service. I thought apartyte regime is finished but with mtn we remained how our parents felt.

The service from Rustenburg Mtn its soo bad with employees that have no morals, no regard to paying clients. If the company preaches service, but what receive is totally opposite.
