RE: REQUESTED A CALL BACK, REQUEST BEING IGNORED
I while back I spoke to a guy by the name of Latimore from FNB regarding a query. Spoke to someone else again and asked them I need to speak to Latimore again, the agent said he will send him a mail to call me back, never received the call. Now I have send a request via email (this was Monday the 7th of Dec 2015) - [Email Removed] contract enquiry - 2783 1 808 - for Latimore to contact me, received one response that my query will be attended to and nothing after that. I have send them another mail to ask them what type of customer service are they running for just ignoring a request and not to bother to come back to me. I don't want to speak to anyone but Latimore, he assist me in a great way and he knows what my query is about. I need assistance with this matter. Kind regards Cynthia<br>
