I am trying since January 2026 to get my cancelled insurance money paid back. I am being bounced around like a ball, asking the customer to sent invoices as if its my fault not even being able to read their own invoices and make it my problem. I just want my money back. This people are so unprofessional and responds to emails 2 or 3 days later,not with solutions but with more problems. They took my money now when I want it back it's my fault and I must beg for my money. No Mtn this is your provider, we are your customers and it's wrong that we must suffer like this. Thato please read the invoices correctly or go and ask for help if you can't. It looks like I will never get my money back.
