Re: DELAYED PAYMENT OF A REFUND SINCE JANUARY 2016

I have been struggling to get my refund paid into my bank account since February 2016 after Alice Van Der Merwe has apologized and promised that I was gonna get refunded in March 2016. Again on 31/03/2016 the same Alice apologized and promised that I would get my refund in 2-5 working days.<br> I called Mtn yet again on 09/04/2016 to find out why I was not paid. My bank details were yet again verified and I was told that I should wait for 7-14 working days for the refund to reflect in my account.<br> Can MTN please tell me for how long am I supposed to wait to get my money back?<br> I am so frustrated by the on-going hollow promises of mtn. I really need my money in order to meet some of my obligation please...
