Its fine that you understand my frustration. However I still require in writing from your side that the this is no longer an open line. I also need to know what will be done about the consultant who did not do his job correctly. Can your accounts department send me data charge breakdown.<br> <br> You also haven't explained to me what the credit limit is for. The consultant also did not explain I would be getting one, how it is calculated and what its for.

In order to set up a limit on your number, please dial *141*5#.
A URL report will be e-mailed to you, which will give a breakdown of the data usage.
Please note that all applications follow a credit vetting process, during this process your credit history and rating is evaluated in accordance to the National Credit Act, which provides us with a score based on your affordability. This then determines whether you qualify for the additional line or not and the credit limit is increased.
