I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate the exceptional service provided by Brian Khwela and his team. The working relationship between Brian and his team showed such professionalism. This was evident in the manner in which my claim was handled, from start to finish. His agents, in particular, Sibusile, kept him updated on the specifications of my claim, and they went beyond the extra mile to ensure my piece of mind and satisfaction. The steps and time taken while keeping me informed of every development, is so rare these days, and truly highly appreciated. Brian took every measure to ensure that service delivery was impeccable from the start to conclusion of our dealings. He gave reasonable timelines for delivery, but exceeded those expectations by ensuring delivery of my replacement phone within 24 hours of sourcing it, instead of the standard 5 day delivery.
