rapid off they say when you t working you should do arrangements but they still take you lawyers they don't even care about their customers I paid my account and made a mise with one number of my reference which I was not aware till they called

It was good till I got an upgrade 6 months down the line after my upgrade I lost my job which I called Mtn to do arrangements on how I can pay my account I was told I can pay atleast 200 every month till I can pay the full amount after 2 months I received an sms from norlam to say mtn handed me over those ppl are rude they don't send and statements they say how much is outstanding all they do is call and ask for payment I did a payment but did a mistake and put it and a wrong reference I called to let them knw all they said was they see there's money on the account they will correct it till then they stopped calling or sms now the call me today some rude guy telling me its my fault y didn't I go reverse it why didn't they say they can not help me get the money instead of them saying the can then be rude I always ask them to send me statements they don't when how much I stil owethey don't they wil tell me they must still calculate now why are they collecting if they can not calculate MTN and NORLAM is nonsense please help
