Randomly changed my contract amount?
For almost 2 years I have been paying the agreed amount on my contract- R429 a month. I just received my statement for R439. How can you change the agreed amount, without so much as notice or explanation? I have been with MTN for over 10 years but if this is not fixed immediately, when my contract is up in August, I will take my business elsewhere

Kindly be advised that the contract pricing was revised and became effective from the 13th of May 2015, applicable to both existing and new contract subscribers. MTN reserves the right to review and update contract pricing as per MTN's subscriber contract. All affected subscribers were notified via sms of the changes on the 15th of April 2015.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
