Radio silence from MTN insurance and Pinnacle Marketing and Monitor

<p>It's been over two weeks since my claim was approved but my device has still not been returned and everytime I email the last contact, i'm ignored... I've resorted to sending emails to all 7 of the email addresses for MTN, Pinnacle marketing, Monitor, and their outsoureced repair centre CellphoneRepairs.co.za but not a single response in 10 emails over two days - All i want is an update? Ideally i'd love them to keep to their promised delivery time but if not an update would be nice - really suckky dark room service guys!</p>
