****** staff who is unwilling to even attempt to help you!

I phoned the Clearwater branch to find out if they had a specific colour of a phone, or if it was possible to order the colour of phone that I want. The increadibly ****** and rude lady told me flat out "no" and then told me she won't ask the store manager, because "it will be a waist of her time". Then she told me, if I wanted it, I must go to America and get it! Literally the worst, and most ****** service I have ever come across!
